Nestled within the serene confines of Marcon Suites, our old townhouse offers a unique retreat just 10-15 minutes away from key Baguio attractions like Burnham Park, SM, Camp John Hay, and Session Road. With 12 beds accommodating up to 18 adults, this spacious dwelling ensures comfort and security, guarded throughout the night. Please note that the rent doesn't include breakfast, and guests are encouraged to bring only two cars, with an additional fee of 500 pesos per night for extra cars.

Spread across multiple levels, our townhouse caters to various sleeping arrangements. From the basement/garage level with a double bed to the attic boasting four single beds and two double beds, there's ample space for everyone. However, seniors with walking difficulties may find the stairs challenging. As considerate neighbors to senior citizens, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially after 9 p.m. The townhouse is strategically located 600 meters from Kennon Road, and while Wi-Fi is provided free of charge, its speed depends on usage, and services from PLDT and Globe can be spotty during peak tourist seasons.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhouse, though we request children to refrain from playing in the inner courtyard. Towels and bedding are replaced for every new guest and every four days for long-staying guests. We regretfully do not allow pets, except in special cases with specific guidelines. For those without cars, we recommend staying at the Old Irish Townhouse near the President's Mansion. As part of our commitment to ensuring a seamless stay, we can connect you with drivers for van rentals after you book, allowing direct negotiations.
