Amidst the 14 other villas in the compound, a serene environment is maintained with a quiet time starting at 10 p.m. Guests are encouraged to continue conversations indoors, close doors and windows, and be mindful of noise.
For added convenience, the garage accommodates 2 cars, with parking available for extra cars at a nominal fee. Pets are welcome, subject to a daily fee. The house features a complete set of amenities, including two cable TV sets, WiFi, and a large veranda adjacent to the living room. Check-in is at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m., providing ample time to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and the common areas of the village, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. The property is located approximately 12 minutes from Baguio's city center, SM Mall, Burnham Park, and Session Road, offering both proximity and serenity. Additionally, guests can enjoy the facilities of Baguio Country Club and Camp John Hay with assistance. In adherence to the Club’s Dress Code, informal or smart casual attire is requested during visits, ensuring a harmonious experience. The villa, available for holiday rental, promises a seamless blend of exclusivity and comfort within the picturesque St. Patrick’s Village.
