Welcome to our charming family home nestled in the heart of Baguio's vibrant tourist district, just a stone's throw away from the renowned Camp John Hay. Boasting a clean and secure environment, our residence provides a comfortable retreat for up to 10 guests, ensuring a memorable stay in this picturesque mountain city. Strategically located, our home offers easy access to 10 major tourist attractions, either within a 10-minute drive or a pleasant walking distance.
Situated in the historic Baguio Townhouse, distinct from the modern Outlook Ridge Condominium, our spacious condo unit exudes a bright and airy ambiance, complemented by small views of a scenic mountain range. To reach our unit, guests will ascend one and a half floors, climbing approximately 25 stairs from the parking level. We kindly request guests to bring only one car, with the option for a second car to park in the guarded lot behind the building, available at a nominal fee of 200 pesos.
The prime location of our condo makes it an ideal base for exploring Baguio's treasures, such as Mines View Park, best experienced before sunrise to witness the breathtaking Itogon mountain sunrise or the occasional sea of clouds. For easy navigation, we recommend using "DBP Training Complex" on maps or Waze, and when arriving, contact the guard for Chona, who will provide the key and guide you to the unit. Please note that this 50-year-old condominium may experience occasional utility service glitches, for which we offer a 50% refund for days without water or electricity.
